Packet pick-up & Late Registration on March 19th, 1PM-5PM. National Marine Whale Sanctuary in Kihei.
Half Marathon Shuttle bus leaves from National Marine Whale Sanctuary in Kihei @ 5am Sharp. Please reserve your seat if taking the bus, by signing up when registering for event.
Limited parking at the National Marine Whale Sanctuary, so please try to get dropped off. You will need to park on the side streets and walk to Sanctuary.
Those who registered for the 2020 event and were unable to run because of the cancellation of the event due to Covid-19 and have reached out to us have been transferred to the 2021 event.

From the moment the gun goes off at the Iao Valley Needle, in Wailuku, you know your in paradise with ocean views just feet away and whales breaching from afar. A sight to behold during whale season.
It’s The Valley To the Sea Half Marathon 5K/10K – with spectacular views through the most beautiful setting in the world. It’s an entire event filled with competition and fun starting with the Half Marathon, 1ok and 5k and ending when you cross the finish line at one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui, with live Hawaiian entertainment, food and awards. All courses are beautiful with an ocean view to die for. If that doesn’t motivate you to be in this event nothing will.
